  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce into each mushroom cap.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella, bell peppers, and onions.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
