A delicious and healthy low carb chicken casserole that features turkey bacon and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
