- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the cooked chicken ham and black beans. Cook until heated through.
- Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
