A quick and flavorful recipe for Easy Lo Mein featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic. Sauté until tender.
  4. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, turkey bacon, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
  • This can easily be made vegetarian by omitting the turkey bacon.
