  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken ham, diced
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham and marinara sauce, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce, followed by a layer of no-boil noodles, and then a layer of the ricotta mixture.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with the meat sauce on top and a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
