These Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas are a quick and flavorful dinner option that the entire family will enjoy.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the cumin and half of the enchilada sauce, stirring to combine.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture into flour tortillas and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish, seam side down.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
