Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green chiles, and half of the cheese.
  3. Warm tortillas in a pan to make them pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
