1 pound ground chicken
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
8 slider buns
1 cup lettuce
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Form into small patties and cook on the grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey for the sauce.
