Easy Baked Rigatoni with Ground Beef

A delicious and comforting baked rigatoni dish with ground beef that the whole family will love.

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef; stir to combine.
  5. Mix the cooked rigatoni with the beef mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
