  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Gradually add flour, salt, and cinnamon until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes, then place in a greased bowl and cover.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter on top.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the butter, then roll it up tightly.
  8. Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  9. Allow rolls to rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
