  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan-basil mixture, followed by breadcrumbs.
