  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
