- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and broccoli, stir-frying until tender.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and turkey bacon back into the skillet.
- Toss everything together and serve hot.
