  • 4 croissants
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set.
  4. Slice the croissants in half and layer with chicken ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Place assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool before wrapping for freezing if desired.

Notes
