This Crockpot Chicken Lo Mein is a simple and delicious recipe that makes for a comforting meal on busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add the sliced chicken breast, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and add them to the crockpot.
  4. Stir everything together and let cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Notes
