  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in seasoned flour.
