  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
  5. Stir in spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring until cheese is melted.
  8. Add cooked linguine, tossing to combine.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
