A delicious and creamy dish featuring tender chicken, savory turkey bacon, and a rich sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Add Parmesan and mix until smooth.
  6. Add spinach and cooked pasta, tossing to combine.
  7. Crumble turkey bacon over the top before serving.
