  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, basil, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and bacon; mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
