A luscious creamy shrimp pasta made with shrimp and turkey bacon, perfect for indulgent weeknight dinners.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add parmesan cheese, mix until melted and combined.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine and the crispy turkey bacon to the skillet; toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
