A delicious and creamy shrimp pasta that offers a unique twist on traditional shrimp alfredo.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
  6. Toss in cooked fettuccine and parsley, stirring to combine.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
