  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes then remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
  5. Pour this filling into the prepared crust and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove pie from the oven and let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. For the topping, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
