- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound steak, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and the steak back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
- For a little heat, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Leftovers can be reheated on the stove with a splash of cream if needed.
