Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta

A rich and creamy pasta dish infused with garlic and Parmesan that is sure to delight steak lovers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and the steak back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a little heat, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Leftovers can be reheated on the stove with a splash of cream if needed.
