  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
