  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a crockpot, add the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the meatballs to the crockpot, making sure they are fully submerged in the sauce.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and parsley just before serving.
