  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spinach, cranberry sauce, and diced Brie together.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cranberry-spinach mixture.
