  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped onions or bell peppers to the mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
