Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add in the condensed milk.
  4. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve chilled, optionally topped with fruit or chocolate.
