2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 packet instant yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the warm brewed coffee, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll the dough out into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Roll up the dough tightly and cut into slices.
