Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the vanilla and sour cream until combined.
