- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
