Classic Italian Muffuletta Sandwich

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup olive tapenade
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mortadella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salami, sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally.
  3. Spread olive tapenade on both halves of the bread.
  4. Layer provolone cheese, mortadella, salami, roasted red peppers, and crispy turkey bacon on the bottom half.
