3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in the flour until just incorporated.
Pour the batter into a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan.
