  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  6. Stir in flour until just combined.
  7. Spoon half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon over the batter.
  9. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
