  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and add melted butter.
  3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Mix in baking soda and salt, then gradually add flour and cinnamon.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
  8. Top with the remaining batter and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before removing from the pan.
