  • 1 cup nuts (your choice)
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before adding dried fruit and storing.
