  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  5. Pour the lemon mixture into the baked crust and return to the oven.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let it cool completely.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with cream of tartar until soft peaks form, then spread over the cooled tart.
