  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the pecans for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramel candies according to package instructions.
  3. On a baking sheet, arrange clusters of toasted pecans and pour melted caramel over each cluster.
  4. Let the caramel set for a few minutes.
  5. In another bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Pour and drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel-covered pecans.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and let cool until the chocolate hardens.
