  • 200g chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 100g dried fruit (raisins or cherries)
  • 50g nuts (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a pan over low heat.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces and add them to the melted mixture.
  3. Stir in the dried fruit and nuts until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined tin and refrigerate until set.
  5. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
