3 ripe bananas
200g all-purpose flour
100g peanut butter
150g sugar
2 eggs
50g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
100ml milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Mix in the peanut butter, then add sugar and eggs, and stir until well combined.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined.
Slowly add the milk to reach the desired batter consistency.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra chocolate flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
