Chilli Garlic Spicy Noodles

  • 200 grams noodles
  • 3 tablespoons chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 small bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the chilli garlic sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
