  • 8 ounces udon noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, add sesame oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cooked noodles, chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce, stirring well.
  5. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
