- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, turmeric, and cumin until smooth.
- Stir in olive oil and chopped parsley.
