  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
