Delicious carnivore diet-friendly pizza muffins made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a quick snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, then add almond flour, and mix well.
  3. Add turkey bacon, chicken ham, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
