  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. While cheesecake is baking, combine caramel sauce and heavy cream in a saucepan and heat until smooth.
  7. Once the cheesecake is cooled, pour the caramel sauce over the top.
