- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
