- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
