1 head cabbage
6 ounces turkey bacon
8 ounces chicken ham
2 cups shredded cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
Finely chop the cabbage and add it to the skillet, cooking until wilted.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed cabbage and onion, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
