- 1 head cabbage
- 6 ounces turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Finely chop the cabbage and add it to the skillet, cooking until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed cabbage and onion, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
