  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In serving bowls, layer mixed greens, the turkey mixture, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any additional toppings you like, such as avocado or ranch dressing.
